Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
Contact me in a maximum of 3 days after receiving your order.
If you want to change the products received, let me know and the products must be returned in a maximum 7 days after receiving your order.
I do not accept cancellations of purchases already made.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs on returns. If upon receiving a return the content is not in the original condition in which it was sent, the buyer is responsible for any loss of cost in value.

Due to the artisan process of product development (washing, dyeing and drying the wool), an order may take between 5 and 7 working days, excluding the delivery time.

It will be understood that the delivery has taken place or that the order has been delivered at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which will be proven by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

The risks that may arise from the products will be borne by you from the time of delivery. You acquire ownership of the products when Colosco Woo & amp; Fibers receives full payment of all amounts due in relation to the purchase or purchase made, including shipping charges.
